Ive had issues with the Mall of NH Pandora. I decided to come into Rockingham. The manager took care of all my needs, immediately, no questions asked. He helped me, was knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me on everything like Mall of NH does. I was on the verge of no longer shopping at pandora but he changed my mind and I will only shop at Rockingham mall pandora from now on.

When I arrived to the store i received assistance within 2-3 minutes even though both associates were busy with other clients. The associate who helped me with my exchange process was extremely helpful. The associate who helped me could not find the ring that I was called to come in and exchange but assured me that when the next shipment arrived she would place it on hold for me and would be sure to call me as soon as it came in.

Personnel was courteous and patient.

The staff worked with me and understood that I wasn't sure about purchasing anything. They took the time to make sure that I looked at all the charms I liked. And they held my items on the side for me think and walk around the mall to decide if I wanted them or not. It was very good.
