Did feel like sales associate was knowledgeable. I would have bought more or other items. If the associate was more helpful and out going. She did finally recommend a charm towards the end. But I felt judged and like I was not important when I arrived. I did end up purchasing several items.

I was unable to exchange a bracket that was to big. Unable to view all charms at once and in a pretty empty mall stood in line outside of the Pandora store which only had 2 associates working more than 15 mins. I love the pandora product and so does the woman I buy it for.

Sales Lead was not very warm or friendly or even very helpful. I have dealt with her before and thought the same thing then. They did not have the charm I wanted in stock. She didn’t bother to bring out trays that had merch that was not on display even when I asked. The shopping experience itself was awkward and very cold as you were told to stand in this “x” every time you moved. I’d rather shop online. The mask mandates are being lifted, Pandora needs to create a better shopping experience. It’s like Fort Knox now.

I took my 2 teens to help them pick out their Moms Mother’s Day gift I was only allowed to take my daughter in the salesperson wouldn’t allow all 3 of us in I got upset almost refused to shop there until my daughter begged me to calm down

I was clearly stating that i was a certain size to an associate and she gave me a different size . i am returning in a couple days to return for another size. it’s not her fault i think she just didn’t hear me.

I was satisfied with Pandora’s service. She asked me what I was looking for and quickly took out exactly what I needed. I asked her a question and she did answered with the knowledge she had. I would definitely come again.
