Not to much merchandise

Over all satisfying visit not the first time going there but definitely my first buying something as a gift for a friends and we loved the product just as much as the store visit I would recommend it to people

The store was a little tricky to navigate around because of the associates had merchandise pulled out in a couple of counter sections, blocking the view of some areas. However the were fast and friendly and once they knew I was interested in a purchase they put things away and focused on helping me make a decision and getting price info for me.

We spent $300 dollars on rings. While my mother was deciding what to get the salesgirl said “ you know people are waiting”🙄 . We are customers and should not been made I comfortable

Like was way too long. Things are mad expensive for no reason like 60 for a charm ? 😦

It is hard w/ the pandemic going on for anything to be highly satisfying.

There were A LOT of issues when I was checking out. I know it was Black Friday however everything was malfunctioning for me but working for my moms checkout.

Not easy to determine what methods were being used to sanitize between customera.there were no visible supplies or signs indicating jewelry and cabinets were going to be cleaned between customers. After we touched an item it was put directly back into the case with no cleaning.
