Not enough charms available and Charms are really expensive

I was looking specifically for a 'lightning bug' charm and suggested to the associate it being offered. I found many of the charms to not apply to most people.

The sales staff appeared friendly and approachable. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise and gave good suggestions. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

I wish there were more options for larger rings.

Every time I go in this store they always seem to be out of what I want. Not easy to have them order what is not in stock.

First time buyer. I can tell the rings are awful quality. Cheaply made.

Pandora employer, PLEASE think wisely when choosing a sales associate, to work in your store, too much talk and laugh between them, while we try to make a purchase make US customers very uncomfortable. Thank You!

The sales associate was not friendly at all. She did not seem to care about what I wanted. She was not able to make an suggestions. I was looking for something that wasn't available at the moment and she couldn't tell me when it would be. I then moved to the rings and she seemed as I was taking up her time and ruining her experience. I went in quick made me purchase and left. At one point I wanted to leave because I felt like I did not want to give her my service.
