Pandora in the Rockingham mall has very rude workers ,it’s disappointing because I love Pandora so much but these women have nasty attitudes I went in on April 16th at about 4pm when I asked one of the women for help to look at a ring she just pointed to another worker and said she can help you and walked away there was no other customers in the store, then she continued to give me attitude and told me I couldn’t look through the booklet of options this experience was HORRIBLE. Prior to that time I had went in for help on a purchase I had and another women who had a half shaved head was so Rude she watched me stand outside the door with no one in the store came and told me it’s too late to come in and locked the door to the store on me the mall was still open for another half hour and refused to let me in . This place has horrible customer service from the women who work here and I’m not the only one who thinks this either .

I’ve been a Pandora customer for years, I would usually buy jewelry for my sisters or mother. I recently had a daughter and started a charm bracelet for her. In the past couple visits to this particular store location I have been very upset with the unfriendliness of the sales associates. While my issue was ultimately resolved, the experience itself was rather upsetting. I’m not sure if the sales associates judges the customers simply by their appearance or automatically place judgement once they see a person, but once the sales associate confirmed that I was telling the truth her tone and demeanor changed a bit. But again, based on this experience alone I’m not exactly rushing back to this location once I decide to place another order.

The sale person was not very friendly and made me feel like I was bothering her. I think she wasn’t happy because I was there at 6:45 and the store closed at 7 . I felt like she didn’t want me In the store

Purchased a few pieces on 11/7 and had to exchange a ring due to a couple of stones that had fallen out of the ring after one week. Quality is lacking

The sale associate was kind of in a rush even though I was the last person in line. He was just like those person who doesn’t give you time to think or decide. Didn’t feel comfortable at all!

The associate is not friendly, did not even smile, rushing even if there is no one in line waiting to be assisted. She needs to learn customer service etiquette. She seem unhappy with what she is doing.

I thought the clerk was completely unitrested in me as a customer. I had planned to buy several additional items, but the clerk was not clear on what was available in the shop or even in which case it was loctaed to look at. The case we did find some of the product was not organized. I was also offered at catalog but bsaically was pointed to it, versus handed one. I believe the associate had a tag that indictaed she was not just a clerk. For the record- I have been buing Pandora product since 2012 and have spent 1000's. This was my worst experience. Don't think I will go back to the Salem store in the future.

I love the atore and the merchandise. The only reason I was not satisfied during my visit was; I was the first one to enter but I felt rushed by the associate. She kept on asking me my needs, as I wanted to look around and choose the right bracelet for me. Also, while I was looking for a charm, it seems like she wanting me to pick anything to get me to leave faster. We tried to carry a conversation and it was a short reply. I’ve been to many different stores and this associate who was manager, made me rate this store a zero. I will continue to shop as I love the jewelry. Thank you, Leslie
