I wanted to exchange items bought online at the store. One I could, the other they wouldn’t exchange because it was part of a promotion. Also waited 1 1/2 hours on phone and still wasn’t able to speak to anyone. This part I’m actually highly dissatisfied. Still waiting for an email response. First real problem with you, but it is a really frustrating one

I was ignored by sales associates in the building. I watched as a sales associate ran to one women but I was left standing there for well over 10 minutes before I was greeted or asked if I needed help.

There were only two customers in the store and they made the other customers wait outside the store. I don’t understand why other customers can’t be let in to look while the staff attend the customers who were there before. This is the only store who is still making people wait outside due to covid. Makes no sense.

The sales associate that helped us did not seem interested in measuring my fingers for ring sizes, and rushed us through the sale while I was trying to pick multiple rings for multiple fingers. I left with two, only because I felt awkward asking for more help from her.

Bought the wishbone ring with stones a few days over a month don’t wear it all the time just when I go out a stone fell wanted a refund a employee stated that I only could exchange for the same one it has happened to me before and what am I suppose to do keep going back to exchange it that’s crazy the quality of jewelry with stones if terrible I understand if I wore it all the time but I don’t the stones should not fall the rings are not cheap but made very cheap would of liked to choose a different one with less stones but was not given that option very disappointed

I specifically asked for spacer clips that would make the current charms stay in place. I bought 2 and was told all sales are final. I got home excited to add my new pieces to my bracelet only to find 1 spacer worked. The other did not, it just rolls around the bracelet like any other charm. The store in the Salem mall is very small and does not have a good flow to it.

The sales associate watched me walk to the entrance of the store that was blocked and did not say I word of welcome or direction to enter. Herded me around the store instead of politely asking me to go around an area to view the jewelry I was interested in. Left my purchase out and open where another customer could have taken it. I felt judged when asking about a military discount. I wanted to purchase more items but her disinterest in helping me put me off and her lack of discretion when securing the item I was purchasing during the sale made me change my mind. Very disappointing customer service.

When I got to store there was no customers in store sale associate stands and looks at me when she finally approached me She was not friendly at all and before letting me in she asked what I needed I reply I would like to come in and look around she reply’s did you need something I said yes can you let me in so I could look around she then finally let’s me in it was not a welcoming at all. I then had to approach her and when I asked if there was any charms that said daughter she says no we have nothing I did not believe her she made me feel like I was wasting her time until I asked her if I could purchase a bracelet and 4 charms her entire attitude towards me changed she even gave me a free bracelet. I felt as if she judged me and profiled me as someone who could not afford these items also while she went to get my order I asked the other sales associate if they had any charms that said daughter she says yes and takes it out and gives it to my associate. I have never experienced this at this store before and I hope no other customers have to experience it either.
