Customer service was good okay, but I feel that they wanted me buy-pay and go. I did not have time to explore other options.

My 15 year old daughter and her friend went in to purchase rings and the sales associate was rude and dismissive to them.

Sales associate was not helpful. They only time she was enthusiastic was when a coworker came over and told her they were closing soon. Very unprofessional and provided very little help or advice.

The sales associate Kurt was brash. Not only to myself but to the other customers. I understand these are trying times but be greatful to have a job and don't take your dislike for your job out on the customers. I would like to note the hours of the store state until 7. He looked at his watch constantly while I waited in line from 5:30 until almost 6:30. And got made stating the mall closes at 7 but the other store close at 6:30. Well Pandora should update their posted hours. He was not customer friendly at all. He apparently had a very bad day and made sure everyone knew it. I will not shop this store in particular until this pandemic is over, especially with this type of attitude. My jewerly was not even securely placed in the box. The earrings fell out when I opened the box. We spent almost $400 there. I was getting jewerly for my wedding so i wish the experience xould have been much more pleasant. Just plain rudeness. I hope other customers express how they were treated on 6/12/20

The associate was not very helpful, seemed like she was waiting for her shift to end. I was between a silver or a rose gold ring; asked if the ring would tarnish if I did dishes with it on, she said no. Pandora online said eventually sterling silver will tarnish and to avoid water. She also did not info me that the rose gold would be better against tarnished since it was gold plated verse sterling silver, I looked it up online later. She assumed I wanted to wear the ring out but did not offer any type of sale box to store it in. I was unsure of my ring size and she didn't make any effort to bring me few sizes to check. I will probably be exchanging for a smaller size now that I've worn it. The associate was pretty bad, if I came back in to buy and she was the only person helping I would most definitely not buy.

Although I understand we all have to go through training. I was asking for assistance picking charms. the sales associates did not know where charms were located and when I asked for specific charms she wouldn't know if the charm existed or what I was talking about. I was asking for Disney Charms for my niece... she kept on showing me the same tray.

I was making a return for a ring received at Christmas that was too big (Pandora @ Rockingham Park, NH). I brought it back December 26th, where they told me the stock was low. The directed me to hold onto the ring and check back in the first week of January because thats when shipment would be in. The issue arose when I went back today, January 3rd, to check to see if there was more stalk. As I entered the store, which was completely empty with no customers, I had to go up and ask for assistance as the two workers on duty were just socializing. I handed the ring over to the employee and explained the situation. The employee, who turned out to be the store manager was extremely rude to me, telling me that "I already ruined the ring" that I wore for 2 days before I decided that it wasn't the correct size for me. She told me that because of that she couldn't "re-sell the ring" and in a very disrespectful way showed me both rings (new and one I was returning) to show me a difference in color, which both my friend and I could not see. Working in retail myself, this was a very disappointing experience and I believe the store manager should be spoken too as I felt extremely disrespected.
