The entrance to the store was blocked. There was no message is to why. I had to yell to ask if they are closed. Apparently this way they were limiting the number of people inside. Buyers are treated as thieves. "Can I see this?" "Sure". Open the viewing compartment, put the tray with charms in there, lock it please, have a look. Through the glass. Want to see a different one? Let me swap the trays in the viewing table.

Ordered from pandora.com the wrong item was mailed to be although shipping slip showed a picture of item ordered. Went to the store in rockingham Mall in Salem nh to exchange to correct item. Manager stated he could not exchange for correct item but that I could purchase the item I wanted. Now I’m out 130 items and have to ship back an item no discount no apologies. Very dissatisfied !!!

There was a long queue outside the store, when I was served the store was already closing and I didn't have time to buy as you would like. I placed an order on the website and they said the purchase would arrive by Christmas as it was a gift. But I got an email saying it won't arrive until after Christmas. I'm extremely upset

I’ve been a customer for years but the quality has went down, I went to the store to replace merchandise. My turtle stone fell out and my martini glass is bent. Only to be told that it’s ware and tear. Very dissatisfied with the quality and treatment of a customer, even though the associate explained, that’s the rules.

Associate did not tell me that when I got my new pandora bracelet I would have to break my old bracelet to get my charms off and then when I did so none of the charms fit on my new bracelet. I'm extremely disappointed and very upset about this 😡

I had placed a online order to pick up at the store & the order was returned. I thought someone would've had the common decency to call &verify why I had not picked up my order which I had bought on your advertised sale buy 2 get 1 free. Even though my purchase was returned I sti bought 2 charms that I had placed on the order & was unable to get another one cause it was sold out . . Very upsetting cause it was a gift & the clerk couldn't explain why my order was returned.

Sales person made me feel as if she was doing me a favor by selling me $365.00 in merchandise. No friendly at all.
