could not understand sale person cause of her mask and the music was way to loud

I just wait at the door of the store for about 15 mins, and the sales saw me, but just pretended that I wasn’t there!

There is no greeting. They don’t acknowledge the customer waiting outside the door. She did not bring what I wanted and she brought the wrong when I asked for something that I pointed it out.

I went to this locations with my nieces, which they are all minors, minors talking about less than 10years old. We were going to buy some presents for my sister. They did not let me go into the store with all of them. We were 4, me and my 3 nieces. They told me 2 of them had to stay outside. Mind you, they’re minors, so I left the child’s outside. Went in and grabbed what I needed. The staff here was not friendly at all, the general manager was very rude. I am a general manager for a much bigger retail store and I do not treat my customers like that. So then after I get out, my minor nieces had to go inside to buy the present they were going to buy. Minors, 9 and 8 years old, by them self, because I couldn’t go in with them. This is so concerning and unprofessional.

Ivy the assistant manager was very rude I have been a Pandora customer since they first opened in Salem. All I wanted was to exchange a bracelet and also shop. She tried to refuse the exchange at first but I was upset because it was clearly a manufacturing defect. When she exchanged the bracelet she didn’t even let me Christmas shop she literally opened the rope in the line made it so uncomfortable for us, never again will I got to the Salem NH location.

The manager in the Manchester NH store was very rude I went there with the intent of getting my daughter a birthday gift’ I left there after getting so upset with them and went to the Salem NH store they were extremely helpful & friendly ended up getting what p wanted, Extremely nice people that work there I highly recommend that store!

My bracelet it’s turning yellow since my daughter bought it for me and that can’t do anything for me... 👎👎👎👎👎👎
