The person who helped me was very nice and gave me options in the bracelet size that i wanted and told me how to clean it and what size would be best.

The salesperson her name was Susaty Y. took her time with me, not rushing me out the door. She was very pleasant I end up buying a few more when I just wanted to get 2 charms.

I knew what charm I wanted to buy as a ‘treat’ for myself and had trouble bringing up my new member coupon. The sales associate was extremely helpful and patient as we both tried to locate the 10% coupon on my phone email which was very frustrating. I suggest that since company tracks sales by email, any coupons are as well. I almost walked away without purchasing and she continued to search until it finally became available. She was very pleasant and we celebrated when the coupon was found.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the staffs knowledge on the merchandise, and like always the merchandise is beautiful and in good condition.
