SALES STAFF EXTREMLEY PATIENT AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. THE YOUNG LADIES MADE IT FUN TO PURCHASE 2 BRACLETS AND 4 CHARMS FOR MY 12 AND 9 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTERA. I WILL BE BACK IN A FEW WEEKS TO ORDER MORE CHARMS.
