Clean room and quiet.

They need to keep the rooms cleaner and they need to sweep their floors and pick up all dirty towels that were left from before.

The location is convenient but I was a little concerned about the isolated location. Might as well rename it the Bates Motel. Plus, there's no restaurant nearby, just a gas station with a deli. I didn't really feel safe.
