The employee’s were kind and friendly with me and my family, and the jewelry was cute and good quality and will definitely recommend it to others! Definitely one of my favorite jewelry stores and will come back. The charms idea is really good because I love customizing my jewelry too what I choose.

My salesperson, Katya, was so helpful. I was looking for rings, but not exactly sure what I needed and she was so incredible helpful. She also informed me that as a nurse, I am eligible to receive a discount. I have been shopping at Pandora for years and I didn't know that that I could receive a discount. Katya was amazing!

I was highly satisfied with this Pandora because as soon as we came in the store one of the lady’s helped us right away, and she helped us choose our bracelet and our charms.

Very patient workers since I have never been to the store or know what they had to offer. Store was neat and clean and not too loud or chaotic.

I was not highly satisfied because my order was canceled but then i got the nicest employee ever and she was so nice and patient , her name was marya at the cinco ranch location and she helped me through everything and solved my problem
