I came in to Pandora and was greeted by Katya shortly after I arrived. She had a friendly and helpful demeanor and seemed excited to help me find what I was looking for. Katya was very personable, we chatted about my Disney charms and she seemed genuinely interested in discussing ideas for how I wanted to curate my charm bracelet. She was very knowledgeable about the different charms and had a great eye for what would look good for my vision. I will definitely be back to this specific location.

My mom is somewhat hard to shop for because she has gold allergies and a lot of silver and diamond jewelry already. We tried a few stores before and found nothing to our liking. As soon as we walked into Pandora, we found multiple selections to our liking and bought a set within 15 minutes!
