this was my first time ever visiting a pandora store and immediately upon entry I was greeted genuinely and with a smile. additionally I had my 2 year old daughter with me and the associates were very friendly and entertaining her while another associate answered questions. the customer service and compassion displayed said a lot about the values of the personnel and the organization.

My salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. The special where you buy $150 of items and get a free bracelet was very nice. My daughter will be excited to get her jewelry for Christmas.
