The customer service was awesome! The quality of product I purchased were great quality. The place was clean and neat.

Walked in and waited in line for a while, but after that I had one of the best experience ever, Melissa at the Katy Chino Ranch location showed me all the new items and what jewelry that’s in style. She made my visit worth while and I’m definitely going back to this location because of her excellent customer service.
