I was professionally greeted when I entered the store. Very soon after I entered I was serviced and Dana was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She offered informative options while being personable. The remained patient with me as I am new to Pandora and still learning.

The saleswoman informed us of the promotion going on and informed us of the free cleaning that goes on Monday-Friday with exceptions of promotional periods. She helped my daughter with recommendations for her bracelet and was very helpful.
