There was a lack of available sizes. I could not find the size I needed in the style I wanted. The first time I went into the store there was no one available to help me.

Assistants had very little knowledge of pricing and I had to wait long periods while they searched for prices. I bought a bracelet for my daughters 16th birthday and wanted something special. I chose 2 pendants to go in the bracelet and she actually gave me the wrong one. I nearly walked out of the store when I thought I’d just double check. They then did not have ( or could not find) the charm I’d originally asked for so they actually took it off the display which was open for others to handle, so was not a new charm. I asked for a reduction in price as it was $10 more expensive than the wrong one she’d provided. ( this was the assistants error and it turned out that the one she provided was a Christmas charm with Santa , not a special 16th birthday charm with writing . I feel I should of had a reduction in price for the assistants error as well as the fact that I got a used charm , open to be touched by many people and in a time of covid! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the staff who seemed to have no interest. I will not be returning to this store any time soon.

Associate Melissa E No. 205371 was not friendly at all I felt very rushed in making my purchase and she lacked informational skills and interest of product display. She did not engaged me into making a satisfied experience.

When I arrived at the store I had to wait in line outside with two people in front of me. I waited for almost an hour until someone was finally available.

The manager was angry and she was without patient to assist me to show the charms. She only saw me in silence, and she didn't show another alternative to the new collection. She showed angry in your face.

I felt the sales assistant was really not interested in me as a customer.I asked a question and most of the responses were not available in store. I felt I was not valued as a customer and she didn’t try and find solutions. If I did not have to urgently purchase a gift for a last minute birthday invite I would have gone elsewhere or ordered online. No friendliness or genuine interest in me as a customer. Felt she didn’t care either way if I bought anything or not.

I appreciate the steps regarding safety and am glad that everyone wears masks. However, I had to stand outside in the 95 degree heat with my daughter and wait 20 minutes before we were allowed in the store due to your policies. There was only one sales associate working. Maybe schedule two people to lower the likelyhood that this happens? If not for the 50% off sale, I would have left.
