I have always received expert advice when asked, initially with my binocular purchase.. The staff are very approachable and offer a lot of assistance and helpful advice whether it be about bird food , feeders or general advice re bird safety at the feeders. Kyle especially has been very helpful and knowledgeable in all of these areas!
