Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain all the different types of seeds that were for sale and what was best suited for the type of birds that we have in our backyard.

For one, it was good to go back into the store, after doing curbside pick-up during COVID. The staff are very friendly. They also had everything that I needed, too.

Wonderful customer service. I placed a call to gain information on the right seed for feeder types. The person on the phone was super helpful, and called me back after seeing my order online, just to confirm everything with me. I did end up getting a tube-feeder. I was wary of the price but impressed by the build when it actually arrived. That plus the warranty has left me all satisfied. To get better, I would hope that WBU can work towards more sustainable packaging.
