The personnel at that Etobicoke store are always knowledgeable - friendly and professional. They engage with customers and are genuinely interested in birds and hearing about your experiences with them. Your feeders and pole systems are excellent. In the past there was a problem with the peanuts out of the shell with other nuts in there and too many husks and moth webs but this last bag seems like that problem is resolved - (that's a relief)
