The order was ready for pickup before I was ready to go and pick it up. Although the line was busy when I called to say I was there, I just waited and Kyle (I think it was Kyle) magically appeared at the door, with my bags. Brought it to the trunk and explained that I needed to close the trunk myself. A smile and a wave - couldn't be easier. Thanks!

Kyle answered the questions about the different seed choices and knew exactly what I was talking about whenI mentioned Swedish dishcloth, a relatively new product. He is so friendly, in spite of lugging orders out to cars on a windy day.
