I only recently signed up for a membership and have already placed 3 online orders. I have been very impressed with how quickly my orders are delivered, my last order was delivered the next day!

Well, it's hard to think of something new to say, but I continue to come to this store because I need to, as well, I am always happy with the staff and my visits.

I appreciate your approach to COVID-19 social distancing. Ordering on the phone was pleasant & efficient. Individual order drops at the sidewalk for isolated pickup was very effective. Thank you!

I’m glad in this era of covid you’ve found a way to stay open and keep us safe. I can’t comment in the store as I wasn’t in it but it’s always neat and clean and very well stocked. I always find something for our feathered friends.

I am a regular customer who signed up for online and curb side pick up. As I had some problems with my ordering I called the store. Kyle was extremely helpful as usual. When my members discount wasn’t applied he immediately refunded it. As usual, cheerful, competent service was received as it always is from the hardworking staff at the Etobicoke store. Thanks. It is appreciated and a pleasure to shop there.

I did not rate the store itself because I made my purchase online. But I phoned afterwards to verify that my purchase would be delivered to my house, and talked to a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member.
