Merchandise is what we wanted. Staff, as always, friendly and helpful. Very nice store to visit, even if didn't want to buy anything!

For a back yard birder this store is ideal. The staff can and always will answer any of your questions. The store is easy to navigate and always has plenty of stock. have been going for years and my parents before me. Great staff, great products and reasonable prices. What more can you ask?

Staff person referred me to the last of the winter blend which was on sale. We also discussed some bird sightings which I really enjoy. It's so nice to shop at a store where people share your interest and discussing those things doesn't make people's eyes glaze over! :)

The service was excellent as usual. The question I had was answered to my satisfaction. I bought the special winter blend Birdseed and was advised to mix it with the regular seed.

The quality and selection of products available can’t be beat. The staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff are always able to answer my questions and help me work through challenges by proposing great product solutions. They are always happy to pass along their expertise and have increased my interest and enthusiasm in backyard bird feeding. I received your email about the bird seed sale and had noticed that the birds were showing signs of being bored with the food I was providing, so we are going to try something new. The young fellow was very helpful.

The salesperson took a lot of time to answer all my questions in an informative, helpful way. He showed me various feeders and I ended up purchasing one. He was helpful but not pushy.
