WBU has been our favourite go to store for several years. Even though we moved to St Thomas, ON in 2016, we still continue to use WBU Etobicoke. Bird seed is by far the best and always fresh. Store personnel helpful with choice of seeds, etc. Owners run a great store and many programs, especially the member discounts. We don't have that here in London, ON.

Been coming for years. Interesting artistic items and giftware. Like to get ideas. Good selection of feeders and watering dishes.

I had to renew my membership and was asked if I wished a mug or bag of seed. I indicated I would like a Cardinal mug, but there were none. I was told they put my request on file and I could get my mug next visit after the new shipment arrived. Thank you.

They were out of the 20lb No Mess seed and readily gave me 2 10lb bags at the same price as the 20lb. Very friendly staff as always.
