Walked into the store and was greeted by Jessica. She's very friendly and super knowledgeable. I had a question with respect to adjusting the tension on the squirrel buster eliminator. Jessica walked over to the feeder and demonstrated the procedure. Finally she recommended a really good bird seed for that feeder. A very pleasant experience!

Kyle is always friendly and professional. I love the services and I never have to carry out my bags!
