I enjoy the friendliness of Lyn and Jim - knowing who I am - i.e. - I don't have to tell them my name nor my phone number for them to find me on their computer. Their knowledge about bird habits and what to expect in feeding amounts is helpful. Their speed in processing the purchase and assistance in taking the purchases to the car is greatly appreciated. I didn't visit the store as I placed a web order. First though I called and spoke to Kyle. He is very knowledgeable and as always we had a great conversation. He recommended the Eliminator and we're really happy with that purchase!
