knowledgeable friendly staff who work well as a team. They do not rush the customer and welcome questions and provide thorough answers / recommendations. Great selection of merchandise. Top notch service - staff always offer to carry bags of seed out to the car.

Overall location is great for us. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of products not only for birds but great gift ideas fir Christmas and other occasions. But the staff were fantastic!!

Enjoy visiting the store and checking out all the interesting products. It is great that they bring in visiting artists, authors and birds of prey. Good learning experience. And the owners and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoy chatting with them regarding bird sightings. Always learn something new!

When you come thru the door, bird heaven, staff are there for your every question or to just to chat about your last bird sighting. It is calming walking about, seeing new and interesting items, a little bird education every time you visit.
