It was customer appreciation day and I really couldn't believe all the treasures that were in the bag! It was a lovely way to encourage trying new products and it made me feel appreciated.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Even though the store was very busy and there was a lengthy wait to check out I don't think anyone was upset. We just chatted with each other. I love shopping here.

Well, the birds loved it! The chickadees were on the feeder in minutes. Made me very happy. Very friendly and personable staff. Good advice on how to deal with installing and maintaining the bird feeders. Lovely items in the store.
