I have dealt with this WBU store for a long time and they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

trying out the no mess birdfood, interesting concept. Also got some nice cristmas presents. a bonus

I had not only one, but two wait on me and answer my questions. I was able to check out quickly and Kyle carried my purchases to my car which was parked quite a ways away.

I enjoy talking to the staff they are very knowledgeable about my hobby. They suggest different aspects to different birds, their needs and food at the time of season. I don't have time for a pet so these are my pets and they're wild so I like to care for them as they hang around my neighbourhood or just flying bye for a snack and moving on. Just like me on the move.

Arrived around closing time and was still able to get my supply of seed. Happy customer😊

Had the bird seed we wanted. The clerk looked up our record so we knew for sure we were getting the same kind as last winter. She was very helpful and accepted the coupon we printed out, even though we did not print it correctly. She offered to help carry it out, even though my husband was clearly strong enough.

I like the lighting and the amount of space around what is displayed. I like the content of the different bird feeds being posted where I can see it without asking. I like the reception I get at checkout.

We always enjoy coming in to Wild Birds. Staff is always smiling and helpful, the merchandise is lovely. I always wish I could buy up the place:)
