The attendant for attentive and professional and knew about the product. He listened to my interest and discussed options with me. Store is clean and nice and wholesome and you don't sell junk. Junk is ugly and discredits the quality of the general stock. I ended up buying something that I think is nice.

Wild Birds Unlimited has friendly, knowledgeable staff. With my membership I receive discounts on bird feed. Guided bird walks are offered by staff, which I thoroughly enjoy.

I dealt with Jim at this visit and have no doubt that he and his wife 'know their stuff'. Both Jim and his Lyn know a lot about birds and live the life they preach. Pictures in their store show them taking part in banding of birds as well as hiking and living outdoors. They are a great couple with a great business and it shows!
