I am always acknowledged when I enter the store. The owners and staff are friendly to me and to everyone around. I find that people are typically joyous when they shop at the store because it is a joyful hobby. Over the pandemic I saw Kyle alot .....(I think that is his name) and he was always outstanding in knowledge and service. He offered to order some Rogers chocolates for me and I ordered a box for my Mom without knowing it was an option to do so. Thank you!

First time in the store . We’ll laid out and clean . Picked up some suet for my feeders , got a recommendation on one type of suet I bought , guy behind the counter was informative but not condescending.
