Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about your products. I have never experienced a product being out of stock. They answer all of my questions.

The store always has what I want or what I might be looking for. The staff are knowlegable and advise on suggestions of what I want and have it availablle. Helps me to the car if necessary. Remember who I am -makes me feel special. Always friendly. Store is not jammed so you can't find anything or get around - clean.

The fact I now reside in Hunstville and still return to WBU in Etobicoke when back in town is a testament to the staff, products and familiarity.
