very friendly & knowledgeable staff

The staff at the store are very nice. We had someone who was new and some trouble with our membership (it WAS somewhat confusing). Someone came from the stock room and the problem was quickly resolved. We enjoy coming to this store and will continue to shop here.

Convenient location. friendly knowledgeable staff. I am a more recent participant and less familiar with bird feeding, having bought our first 20 lb a year or two ago. One of our most recent visits was to buy a refill bag for the feeder, which handily is mess free, followed by another visit by my wife who purchased a window feeder for my bday, which will be set up in the fall. PS you may be interested to know that I came across you mess free product from an online ad on the Weather Channel.

Customer service is always outstanding at this store. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else for my birding needs.

I always stop in after my dental appointments and find something unique to purchase. Love the gift cards. The lady who served me couldn’t have been more friendly, informative or helpful. She was lovely to chat with.
