Apart from all the points indicated earlier, I had forgotten to indicate delivery. However, Jim called from the store to ask if I'd forgotten, as he recalled I always had asked for delivery in the past. Very relieved and grateful I was for that call, since we don't own a car! We then discussed a small problem I had with a feeder I bought at WBU under lifetime warranty. The order arrived the next day and a new (free of charge) peg was taped to the invoice to replace the bent one I'd told him about. Consistently excellent service from a tireless and courteous couple.
