The staff are allways cheerful and knowedgble. The store is bright and clean with many interesting items.

Easy, convenient. I prefer to shop in store because the staff are amazing. But the seed is heavy for me to lug from the car so preferred on line this time. I just wish that WBU carried a bigger selection of heated bird baths. I had to order one from Urban Nature. I would have preferred to spend the $145 at WBU.
