The staff were very friendly as usual. I was looking for a particular item and the woman spent the time to take me around the store to show me some options.

My bird feeder was destroyed and in a matter of minutes it was repaired and ready to go. I expected to have to leave it and return for it, however, it was repaired on the spot.

The quality items are related to the knowledge of your staff so ensure they meet the needs of the birds.

I had a cracked Terminator bird feeder that needed replacing and the staff person was immediately responsive, had the replacement out and put my feeder all back together for me. My husband was poking around the store and found something he was interested in and she was very knowledgeable, demonstrated it (an electronic fire lighter) and was very helpful. My husband was very impressed with the store and service as he hadn’t been inside before even though I’ve been a customer for many years. Excellent service!
