Barb always so helpful and knowledgeable about birds and products to encourage more birds at my feeder. I always feel silly for the questions I ask and she always encourages me to keep asking all the questions. It’s nice to have stores like yours.

The staff is always welcoming when I come to the store. I learned that finches love fresh food and I saw feeders for finches where you can fill it from the bottom. In this way, the finches always get the food while it is still fresh. A customer also commented that it was his experience as well.i now am putting a finch feeder with the bottom which opens for filling. Barbara was very knowledgeable and efficient in her service. She is also friendly to all.

The gentleman who served us was very friendly but not pushy. We browsed, then asked for his assistance and he was a wealth of knowledge and just so pleasant. we loved our shopping experience and set up a membership. we'll be back!
