Service was good -- I had to phone the store when I had computer problems checking out. The person who called me back was helpful and polite. The delivery came sooner than I'd expected.

After I placed my order I realized that I needed to order a part for my bird system. I spoke to Kyle on the phone and was able to include the item I needed with my shipment. I really appreciate the extra effort required to accommodate my request. Thank you!

The woman who was working at the store when I went in is always so friendly and helpful. I was the only customer in the store and so she and I had a pleasant chat. She helped me find suet that was on sale . During that visit, my birdfeeder was also repaired. I appreciate this.
