No problems ordering or pick up

I had to order a new bird feeder because of problem with the old one. The new feeder was delivered a few days after I placed my order. The store is going to fix the problem with the old feeder at no extra charge. Both were the sqirrel buster feeder.

The product is great. The website for buying the product was OK (did the job). Very happy with the store staff (always helpful). I had one problem with delivery. Either my package was delivered to the wrong address or a porch pirate stole it and abandoned it. I got a call from a local business that they had 3 big bags of peanuts at their back door.

I had a very positive experience speaking to Jim! I have experienced positive feedback from the birds that frequent my bird feeder during Covid and especially since I have a squirrel proof feeder. A Though the squirrels are still able to eat off the ground I am pleased that they are not able to eat directly from the feeder. Previously there were seven squirrels feeding and hooping the seed. Not sure about the new safflower seed yet? Squirrels seem desperate!? Thank you for 20 years of service! Keep going! Love it!

I like the wide selection of bird feed and supplies, also the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Prompt delivery, securely packaged. I appreciate that the box had been reused.

I have since moved but will not attend the store 5 min from me as I appreciate the people at this store and the owners that I will drive the distance to enjoy the top service and the smiles always.
