Staff is always knowledge and helpful, especially Kyle, who I have often dealt with

the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and willing to go over all the options and then show me through the window when I arrived. Previous dealings too have been very good.

This is my first time purchasing products from the store. I actually saw an instagram ad and checked out the site right away. We have quite a bit of wildlife in the backyard and it was great to have options instead of the grocery store bird seed. Now the squirrels, birds and bunnies are all happy.

Very friendly phone conversation - highly informative, lots of knowledge around feeding habits, recommendations, etc. Willing to accommodate getting order ready in about 10 mins for pickup - everything accurate, including invoice.

Your staff are happy people! It is always a pleasure to interact with any of you. On my latest visit it was Barbara, but every one of you make my day when I'm there.

I have been shopping for my birding supplies at this store for years. The staff is very knowledgeable on all their products. Everything i ordered was delivered promptly.

As usual, Wild Birds Unlimited did an awesome job of taking care of our wildlife needs. Even the Loomis Delivery man went out of his way to carry our boxes to our back gate, instead of leaving them at the front door. I'd send him a virtual hug if I knew who he was. We put the pole up with ease thanks to your perfect instructions. Thank you. We get hungry critters around here in Belleville ON and we know that we're giving them the best food available... when it comes from WBU!
