Jim made sure that we didn’t buy too much Niger seed As the birds aren’t eating it as often as in previous years.

I came to purchase NOMess Seed which was on sale! I was also considering mounting another feeder in my yard along with the recent acquisition of a squirrel proof feeder. Barbara, I believe, waited on me and knew birds, seed and how birds and squirrels react to the various seed and type of feeder. Barbara was very helpful; however, suddenly there was an influx of customers. Barbara was overwhelmed with the number of customers she was required to serve. She worked efficiently and quickly to deliver my seed to the car and then to meet the needs of the customers in the store. I feel Barbara could have used some assistance as she appeared to be the only worker in the store. She handled the situation well!

There is a huge variety of bird seed and other food. There is a great variety of accessories such as types of bird feeders. I like the variety of gift items. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.

Great Staff: knowledgeable, kind, courteous, very friendly and helpful. Great selection and availability of products. Only complaint would be to see some of the other merchandise, other than bird food, go on sale. Excellent overall. Keep up the great work.

Shop is close to my home so convenient to visit. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about birds and type of foods best suited to the birds you wish to feed and those passing through on migration routes. Gave me advice on how to set up a feeder when in a public park to encourage birds to visit while there. Great idea for those of us living in condos that prohibit feeders on balconies and the grounds.
