The store managers are highly personable and helpful. The bird food I order has always been available when ordered and is delivered exactly following my instructions. When I'm there to meet the delivery guys, they are friendly and helpful. The bird food is of high quality - little dust/debris, no droppings - and eagerly consumed. Our local WBU branch is an absolute winner of a store.

I find your prices reasonable. Your staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I can always pick up small gifts for family. Your location is also very convenient for us and there is always parking.

Staff are always helpful and I did not have to wait in line...I selected my merchandise and was checked out promptly. I was asked if I needed help to get the item to the car but I did not.
