Staff was able to quickly verify which product we were looking to buy. Check out was quick. Staff was friendly and offered to help load product.

I like picking up curbside and Kyle was able to give me all the available info I needed on the phone. The order was ready and waiting when I arrived. The salesperson put it in my trunk....couldn't be easier.

My daughter came with me and wanted to get a hummingbird feeder. Kyle spent a lot of time talking to her. She was very impressed. I always find the people there friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My bird feeder parts were replaced with no charge. I was not aware the squirrel eliminator was guaranteed for life so I was very pleased to know that as squirrels had chewed right through the lid! My seeds were placed in my trunk and I was asked if there was anyone at home to assist me. I shared the fact that I'd had to euthanize my dog and the lady (Barbara, I think) was sympathetic which I really appreciated.

Great store layout. Staff helped at every stage of my visit. Staff recommendations were very helpful and check-out process was fast and anxiety free for this senior!
