Tim is a fantastic owner and passionate birder.

I was lucky. I met up with Ron, who was passionate and knowledgeable. The regular sales representative is passive and is not aggressive.

The gentleman who waited on me was very friendly and insisted on taking the purchase to the car.

Last Friday was my first visit to your store. Tim greeted me with a friendly smile and spent the next two hours answering my questions. I walked out with a wealth of knowledge, new equipment and a greater appreciation for this new hobby. I live 40 minutes from the store and will gladly make the trek back for seed and a wealth of knowledge.

There has NEVER been a time when we have been anything less than highly satisfied with your knowledge, guidance, customer service or product line!

Tim is always so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I always learn something when I talk with him. The quality of the birdseed is so much better than what is available elsewhere; I just wish it weren't so expensive.
