The gentleman who has been in charge of the Glenview store for several years is highly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and genuinely eager to share his expertise, which he imparts with crystal clarity. As much as anything, he's the reason for our long-term loyalty to WBU.

This store’s staff are very pleasant people to spend time with. I primarily visited to compare notes on a recent bird sighting. I wound up getting terrific advice on feeding orioles and hummingbirds.

I was immediately shown where the feeder I wanted las located in the store. i picked out the one I wanted (just like our previous one), and we discussed whether they should assemble it or I would. I enjoy assembling things so said I would. As the cashier was ringing it up, she mentioned that the old one was covered by a warranty, but I said eventually we would get it repaired/replaced and take it to our summer cottage.

Greeted upon arrival. Store was rearranged from my last visit and staff were able to direct me to products I requested as well as informed me that my membership had expired. I renewed on the spot.
