Always get great service from a knowledgeable staff, plus... I arrived early before the store opened but the door was open so I walked in along with another customer. We were not asked to return in 10 minutes when the store actually opened, but were told if we waited briefly, while the delivery guy was dropping off supplies, we would be helped. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Owner of the store is knowledgeable and always friendly and takes time to answer questions or handle problems. The only problem that i have ever had is in the last few months the tree nuts product has been sub-par with malted milk balls, and unknown foreign matter included in the mix. I spend good money on the product and think it should be better quality control.

I take the winter off from things like no mess, since we have a LOT of ground feeders to keep happy ... And indeed he ducks who have visited us in the spring for 7 years are back! But I knew I had been gone too long when I came in and saw the new counter, and the biners of pages that were browning on the edges were gone.

The Wild Birds staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I have learned a lot about my local birds and how best to feed them from your staff.

It's easy to get the seed etc I need - I know the store pretty well and my purchase was quick.
