I can never remember the name of the seed I get, and the salesperson looked up my name and told me what I had recently ordered, etc. Very helpful, and very quick. Then upon checkout, I got a coupon for money off on my next purchase, and then the bags of feed were brought out to my car. Couldn't be any better. Even got to say to the Manager, who is a great guy (and usually very busy)
