We were having trouble getting finches to our nyger feeder this year, despite having had lots of them in each prior year. We came to the store to buy a new finch feeder. The person who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about finches, nyger storage considerations and other factors. We bought a new finch feeder and new nyger and our results have been great. Excellent and knowledgeable personal service was the key.

Website is easy to use and to find what I'm looking for. There was a glitch in the system with the extra rewards price and they responded to me right away. Problem was fixed next day.
