The staff are knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions…the store environment is attractive. It is positive to educate people about our bird populations and their difficulties and how to help.

The store has what I need for the bird feeder I purchased there. The open hours are good The staff are supet friendly and always helpful. Wait time is short to none. The store is creative with extra gifts I like to purchase for special occasions.

My husband and I attended an interesting bird talk that we appreciated Wild Birds sponsoring. The owner was very welcoming and allowed us to park and go for dinner ahead of the talk. They gave the guests a chance to shop before and after the talk.
